Terms of Service

By accessing or using FloralCraft Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1) Eligibility & Account. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including purchases and course access. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2) Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to access non-public areas, disrupting service availability, scraping or copying content at scale, bypassing access controls, or using the service to violate any applicable law.

3) Payments & Taxes. Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Where required, taxes may be added at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make.

4) Refund Policy. Unless a stricter rule is required by mandatory consumer law, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed (measured by lesson completion and/or total video watch time where applicable). If you request a refund, access to the refunded course may be removed once processed.

5) Intellectual Property & License. All course materials, videos, templates, and written content are owned by FloralCraft Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, public posting, and sharing login access are prohibited without prior written consent.

6) User Content. If you submit content (comments, assignments, uploads), you represent you have the rights to do so. You grant FloralCraft Academy a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely for operating and improving the service, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

7) Service Changes & Availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features to maintain quality, comply with law, or improve performance. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.

8) Disclaimers. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee outcomes. Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9) Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloralCraft Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different minimum is required by mandatory law.

10) Termination. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the service in a manner that could create legal risk or harm to other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

11) Governing Law & Consumer Rights. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the country we operate in. If you are a cross-border learner, mandatory consumer protections under your local laws remain in effect and are not waived by these Terms.
